There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. There are many elements of a smooth transaction, however, that are complicated and daunting.
I can help you with every aspect of buying or selling your home because I’m experienced, because I’m professional . . .and because I care. Alberto
Born and raised in Etobicoke, Collingwood has felt like home to me for the past 22 years. I own a century home in town and enjoy walking to most everything I need, including the waterfront. You might find me walking or snow shoeing to the Collingwood Yacht Club. This, combined with all the wonderful alpine and cross-country skiing in our area, is an example of the healthy lifestyle available to us. Sure the big city of Toronto is alive and vibrant and it is also close enough for a day trip. I find that our bike/walking paths are well frequented by dog walkers and baby strollers. Skaters enjoy the outdoor rink by the YMCA while ice fishing huts dot the harbour. It is nice to see all the active people. Collingwood comes alive with every snowfall, not to mention all the Town events during the summer; Farmers' Market, Elvis Tributes, Chili Cook-offs, Sailing Regatta, Jazz in the Park. The Ontario Real Estate College certified me as a graduated Real Estate Professional in 2006. I continue to upgrade my knowledge of real estate and related subjects with accredited online and classroom courses every year. I sell residential real estate most often. However, I am versed in commercial real estate and have 15 years of property management experience. I still remember the plexus of emotions I experienced when purchasing my first home. I wish to help others with my experience and assurance.
Personally, I look forward to a horseback ride in the countryside as much as a ski day on the mountain or a scuba dive in the bay. |
